Energy Healing Session Options
I offer sessions in Energy Medicine, EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, and Transformational Coaching. All sessions can be held in person at my office in Tallahassee, Florida, or by webcam. Please see below for session options and descriptions.
Energy Medicine Sessions:
20 min. Free Consultation -
Find out if energy work is the right thing for you. Meet me in person or on Skype to ask your questions and find out how working on your energy systems can restore physical, emotional and mental balance, and open the door to building optimal wellness. Book online or contact me.
Energy Medicine 2 hr Initial Consultation & Assessment Session - This session combines an initial consultation and an assessment of your body's energy systems with time to begin correcting imbalances, address physical or emotional issues, and create a plan of treatment that includes self-care at home. 2 hrs, in person or distance. Follow-up Sessions - In these sessions, we recheck corrections from previous sessions and track the changes in the energy system, continuing towards restoring balance in accordance with what is needed at the time. 90 min. In person or distance. Book online or contact me.
One-Hour Revitalizing Sessions - These sessions don't include any assessments. These are intended to give you a good system refresh and to fit easily into the day. Work will be tailored to your needs. 1 hr, in person or distance. Book online or contact me.
EFT, Matrix Reimprinting & Transformational Coaching:
EFT Session - One hour of EFT work on the topic of your choice. You will learn the EFT tapping technique and be able to apply at home after the session. To work on deep issues, I recommend a minimum of three sessions. Please note, I will not address traumatic issues such as PTSD or any past or current trauma unless the client is concurrently undergoing therapy with a licensed mental health counselor. 1 hr. Matrix Reimprinting - One hour of Matrix Reimprinting work. We will determine the topic and direction of the session from our discussion. You will learn the basic EFT tapping sequence as part of the process. 1 hr. In person or by phone or Skype. Book online or contact me.
One month of Personal Coaching - Coaching is generally approached as an ongoing process that allows for discoveries and growth through continued work. A three month minimum is recommended. One month of coaching consists of three one-hour sessions, in person or by phone or Skype. I also offer monthly packages of two coaching sessions and one Energy Medicine session.
