![]() Though numerous scientific studies have already proven the positive health benefits of practicing meditation, it's always nice when another one comes out, especially when it was conducted in a medical setting. This latest one, from the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, was co-authored by Herbert Benson, a well-known figure in the area of mind-body research, and author of The Relaxation Response.
